Who we are

Founded in 1992 by the engineers Andrea Garzon and Lionello Trischitta, CREA S.r.l. (Centro Ricerche di Ecologia Ambientale – Center of Research for Environmental Ecology) is an engineering company that operates in the Environmental, Civil and Industrial fields, providing consultancy, studies, projects and services in a reliable and professional way as a leader in the areas of competence.

In the environmental field, CREA engineers are able to design and supply waste treatment plants in line with BAT – Best Available Technologies. CREA is also able to produce files concerning AUA Unique Environmental Authorization, AIA Integrated Environmental Authorization and the AU Unique Authorization as well as EIA Integrated Environmental Assessment and VIncA Environmental Impact Assessment studies in order to receive the authorization to ” use of the same machines on the sites where they are installed.

In relation to the design of waste treatment and energy enhancement plants, CREA uses very advanced tools, such as finite element mathematical modelling and simulation models of chemical and thermodynamic processes, partly developed by the staff of the same company.

In the safety sector, CREA’s engineers are all equipped with Level II licenses for non-destructive CPND tests with which lifting systems are analyzed. The same systems are studied in every structural detail with the construction of appropriate 3D simulation models.

In the hydraulics field, CREA’s mathematical models, developed entirely by the company’s staff, are characterized by the numerical methodologies introduced in the often innovative solution algorithms and by the particular simplicity and quality of the results.

CREA’S BRAND

CREA’s brand Is formed by rectangles, the first one green and the second one light blue. They, which intend to represent the fundamental elements of life on earth, that is, earth and sky, also indicate the purpose of our activity, aimed at contributing to the protection of the environment, for the enhancement of water resources, for the development environmentally sustainable of energy sources and the safety of the workplace.

The same name, “C.R.E.A.”, is not only an acronym to indicate Center of the Research of the Environmental Ecology. But it also wants to indicate “creativity”, that is the fundamental ingredient of our research, constantly aimed at innovation and improving the quality of our products.
